Does it feel good to be a teacher... it had better!

Educators are reported to be among the happiest workers.

What a delightful truth that is. 

According to the article the response to the survey reflected the data from the 2006 census, so presumably they asked the right number of teachers from the right areas of education, so there is no point in puffing your cheeks out and muttering under your breath. 

The article highlighted a few factors that made work places positive to be. But what would you classify as the top two factors impacting, positively or negatively, upon your working environment?  

Is there something we can take from this regarding working environments/ ethos for our classrooms and students?
